Android 2.3 vs. 3.1
Hello,

I'm not current with Android names or their plans for Android. I believe some tablets run 3.0 and some handsets run 2.3. Will the handsets ever run 3.x before the end of the year or is are the two exclusive versions that will remain specific to their devices?
