i was putting a file on my env 3 touch and when it rebooted, the verizon logo comes on, no sound, then cuts off. this keep going until i take battery out. when i put battery back in and turn on the phone, it starts doing the same thing and i take the battery out. any help would be a god send. will not stay on long enough for me to try and write file in bit pim.
