myxer.com is a great site, but things are much simplier now..
as long as you have the mp3, just open it up in a mp3 editor app, clip it to what you want, save, tap and hold file, save as ringtone...
i cant imagine android doesnt have a mp3 trimmer/editor app..
paying for ringtones is obsolete.. theres just no need anymore when you can do it yourself so easily
