Are you able to make calls from the phone? Dial *228 followed by 1 to reprogram your phone and then *228 followed by 2 to update your PRL file and see if that helps. If that doesn't work, try to switch to global network mode (phone --> options --> network) and then back to cdma to see if that makes a difference. Can't think of anything else right now.
