When I start up the phone I get the 1st screen (yellow sprint screen), then a 2nd screen (yellow sprint screen with the logo moving which changes to the white HTC screen), then the last 3rd screen (Green Windows mobile screen).

Now I get how to change the 2nd screen with the reg change.
