ive been using Opera for like yeeeeeeaaaaaaarrrrrrssssssssss.... way back on stupid flip phones using Opera Mini...

never once have I heard anyone else claim theres any difference besides cooked in and cab installed...

and what, is there like 3 ROMs that DONT have Opera cooked in?? even stock has Opera
