Try this.
Disable Sense and CHT.
Soft reset.
Install this cab:
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/attachment...011-test-2.cab

Then soft reset again.
Then enable Sense and CHT.
Then set your wallpaper.
It should show on all tabs.
