Like FF said, sounds like you've got a config error, or maybe your Internet connection is having issues. Have you run a tracert on your connection? High latency can screw up VOIP badly. Run "tracert ppcgeeks.com" from a DOS prompt ("Command Prompt"), and you'll see the number and quality of the hops from you to ppcgeeks.com. The ping times will be shown in ms values...but maybe you already know how to do this?
