Your definitely mistaken..TP1 existed 2 years ago and had a processor 1 year old?

TP1 has a Qualcomm MSM7501A
TP2 has a Qualcomm MSM7600

And realistically less nm means better battery life in general..but TP2 has a bigger battery and its other components are more efficient...
