Talking with him about it, Sprint isn't replacing TP's with TP's anymore. Probably old news, but i haven't been around here or the Sprint store to find out.
So if you TP is giving you crap, id suggest try and get that free upgrade!

Then my upgrade is up in December, Epic 3g or Evo here i come!! and ebay or on here i will try to sell my TP2.
Also if you have a TP and your screen craps out, look up MyMobiler. Allows you to control and see your phone's screen through your computer. Works with Windows Mobile 5 + 6.

I got screwed by ASSurion they are sending me a TP its like they know my upgrade isnt for another year lol and they are tryin to keep me on my TP, but alas i'd rather keep my TP for another year and see the release of even more cool WM/Android devices got my eye set on the evo lol
