Here's the SRS WOW HD "Sound Enhancer" as an OEM. I searched hi and low for this and couldn't find anyone else that had posted an OEM for this so I created my own using the package creator. It failed at first to include all the required registry edits, so I added them manually to the rgu. I've tested this within my own customized version of Derek's v11 ROM (Sprint Touch) and it is enabled and working fine on boot.
This version of the utility has the extra input and out gain controls made visible by Ragor Ali in his modified version that he posted here:
