How do you make a three way call?
The manual says:

To set up a three-way call, directly dial the participants and add each connected call to the three-way call.
- Press the TALK/SEND button to open the Phone screen.
- Make the call to the first participant. See “Making a call from the Phone screen” for instructions.
- When the first call is connected, make a call to the second participant. The first call is put on hold when you dial the second call.
- When the second call is connected, tap Flash to start the three-way call. The screen displays Call in progress.

When the first call is connected, I see no way to make the call to the second participant.
What's the trick?
