Whats the best format? WMV? or Avi?
Best Resolution?
Encoded with WMV9 codec or Divx?
Ideal BitRate? 500kbps?

Where do videos go on the card?
Where does mp3s go?
Can i play videos full screen?
I would try a few different settings since you don't have your 700wx yet. Make a note about what settings are associated with each file and see what plays and responds best on your device. You don't want to spend a huge amount of time encoding your videos to only one format only to find out that it's not what you expected.
Just my 2 cents.
