The problem I had was that my town is so small it did not show in the database to be able to select it.
Using JVH3 Weather City Editor over at XDA
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=546141, I was able to go into the database and add my city. It all works fine now. Just follow the instructions and you should be good to go.
