i havent seen HTC Contacts.lnk in a ROM in awhile.. even if you deleted the one from your start menu(assuming thats where it was) it was just a lnk anyways and should be in your \windows folder..

and just in case... if your not using the contacts tab, you cant use HTCContacts.lnk to get to contacts.. you have to have the Tab enabled or the lnk wont do anything.. just like HTC Calendar, if the Calendar Tab isnt enabled clicking the lnk does nothing.
