I'll try the RUU, does that kill the root as well? I haven't dropped the phone, got it wet or anything so I don't think it was me. This was a replacement I recieved because the charging port went bad on the first one. I'm thinking they gave me a refurb with an issue they didn't fully fix. Does it matter of you kill root? The screen doesn't work
Edit- try to send it, they may send you that new dual core, 2850 mah, AMOLED screen Evo Evolution. Worth the risk right? Lol
