Exclamation Intermittent Calling Problems (CyanogenMod and Hydra Kernel)

I installed CyanogenMod 5.0.8 test 3 about a week and a half ago and it was working great. Just recently, I began to experiment with Hydra Kernels and it worked fine for the first few days or so, but now I'm having several problems with my calls coming in and out. At first, reinstalling the kernel or installing a different one would solve the issue, but then it comes back either hours or days later. I'm not sure, is it the CM rom or the kernel that's giving me the problems ?!

As of now, if I call out, I can sometimes hear the other person, but they won't hear me unless I'm talking through speaker phone, through which I won't hear them. If I'm receiving a call, I can hear them normally but not through speaker, and I think they don't hear me at all regardless of the setting.

What should I do ?!

Thanks
