Me too..... There were 170 accidental early releases, the ones given to reviewers at the launch event, 38 or so to a focus group, and probably a handful of others in the past few days to other reviewers who didn't attend the launch.
I did hear they are starting to arrive at Best Buy and if you pre-ordered you might be able to sneak one out today.
Note: If you are migrating from another Android, some paid apps don't show in the market yet. Should be there by tomorrow.
