Is there any way I can put my internet search bar all the way at the bottom of the Today Screen, right above the Messaging/Menu buttons on the left and right?

I could use the scarybear spacer plugin, but from what I understand, it would make scroll bars if I were to add an appointment or something like that, since it's just creating a big space - not moving it without wasted space.

So, is there anyway to have the bar fixed to the bottom, without having to worry about the scroll bars coming if appointments or anything else shows up and shifts everything?
