Mord4z (For his builds)

Raiderfan247365 (For his builds)

Airxtreme (For his Kitchen)

Icongene(For his Reboot EXT)

Instead of thanking me why not donate to the developers at top without them this thread wouldn't be here also Mord4z got into an accident and totaled his motorbike and he would really like donations so he could get a new motorbike

Download Here

Place the Add-Ons in Windows Mobile Builds Folder
Code:
Sources>Windows Mobile Builds

Mord4z's 21884 build

System Requirements:
  • Microsoft .NET 2.0 (.NET 3.0 and 3.5 are 2.0 based so those work as well), already preinstalled on most computers, the kitchen won't start without it so it's easy to find out if it's missing
  • The following three system requirements also are preinstalled on most computers; the kitchen will warn you if they are needed so don't worry installing them unless required:

  1. Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 runtime, required by xidump during the importing process
  2. Visual Studio 2003 (7.1) Runtime Libraries, required by platformrebuilder to solve the "cereg400.dll cannot be loaded" error message, required by XIDump to solve the "Failed to init decompression!" error message and required by IMGFSFromDump to solve the "Unable to load compression DLL!" error message.

  3. XmlLite Update Package required to solve the "Unable to load LibNB.dll" errors (only for Windows XP SP2)

!!!TUTORIAL!!!
1.Extract kitchen

2. Under Devices select "Palm Treo Pro"

3. For Device Profile select "default"

4. Select SYS Build
  • all builds 21056 and under are 6.1 builds
  • all builds 23xxxto 28xxx are 6.5.x
5. Select Language of choice

6. Select Compression (XPR recommended, LZX does better compression but it is rumored that it will slow down system performance)

7. Move To SYS Packages Tab - Disable Anything You Do Not Want (Do Not Disable Essential Files!! also might want to read description section to see what each package does)

8. Skip OEM Tab everything is essential

9. Move To EXT Packages Tab - Disable Any Unwanted Packages (Make Sure You Go To This Tab Their are packages that you would not like OSKitchen selects all EXT's as Default)

10. Move To Advanced Tweaks Tab - IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT IT DOES DO NOT TOUCH IT!! Setting the Pagepool to 0 is recommended.

11. Press Start Building at top

12. Once ROM cooking is completed the kitchen will ask if you would like open the folder where the .nbh file was output, select yes to open the folder then when in folder run ROMUpdateUtility.exe and follow the onscreen instructions.

HELPFUL TIPS
-Start Slow, build a ROM with not much extra then work from there
-I would generally keep Phone Canvas Enabled
-If a package has (6.5.X) at the end, this package is only for 6.5.X SYS builds
-Only choose one Animation
-If you included Office 2010 EXT disable The Office and OneNote SYS files
-Calibration Data can be read using PHM Reg Editor looking at
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\TOUCH"

BUGS:
-21905 SYS has battery meter issue (does not change)
-Waiting Cursor does not work in Build 23547 use Mord4z's fix on third Post

EXT's

V 1.30 has a CAB to EXT converter you can use that to convert your apps that you would liked cooked in I will still update this Post with new EXT's

HOW TO CONVERT CABS TO EXT
  1. Click on package converter at top
  2. In source select CAB Installer File/HTC ROM Hotfix
  3. Browse to the CAB that you would like converted
  4. In destination section next to Device select Palm Treo Pro
  5. Next to group select Packages_Palm Treo Pro
  6. In the text box next to name name it what you would like that EXT package to be called
  7. In Import options Sections its up to you if you would like to check that box or not
  8. Press convert and your good to go
EXT's not in the download on first post

Put these files in
Sources>Devices>Palm Treo Pro>EXT Packages>Packages_PalmTreoPro

F-Secure AntiTheft

If you have any requests for EXT's I would be happy to add them

Have Fun cooking and Mord4z and me would like to see more development in the GSM Section
