For youtube, it isn't Flash. You are trying to VIEW a flash video which isn't accessible on WinMo. What you are watching isn't flash, you just think its flash.
Although flash is slightly supported in SkyFire.
If you are watching a video - it isn't flash.
If you see the flash symbol - it means you cannot play flash.
