I believe MyMobiler lets you record your screen: http://mymobiler.com/

There are other apps that aren't free, though. The main issue is that you probably won't have a very smooth recording unless you actually use a device emulator.

I'm not sure about how well MyMobiler screen videos work, but it's definitely worth a shot.
