here is some good info from people with similar issues (some with wmwifirouter too). there are alot of good suggestions in there.
in the end if all else fails your looking at a hard-reset to fix this issue. but if your really trying to avoid that, there are some programs (sktools for example) listed in this thread that may be of help. you'll also want to use something like total commander to goto the programs folder and delete the actual folder for the program if it is still there, then look for the registry settings for it.
