probably using the Overdrive or some other 4G aircard however it isn't exactly fair to compare a phone against an aircard

yes those guys are clueless.
and yeah i'd imagine sprint does have speed capped until full deployment but the spec on WiMax is that it is capable of 75Mbps up and 75Mbps down so eventually it'll be a lot faster
