Where did the Bluetooth headset toggle go??

As far back as I can remember on HTC dialers, the first option on the right-softkey menu was "Turn on (or off) Headset".

I use this a lot to toggle if my headset is not currently ON me, but within range. Or sometimes in my car, since I like the a2dp music support on my car stereo, but the mic for phone calls isn't very responsive.

But, I noticed some new changes in the dialer with that Sprint update, and now in Mighty's rom as well (I assume they are using the same new dialer). I just noticed today that there is no headset toggle option there anymore!

So, when someone called, I had to turn off my car stereo to get it back on the handset. What the heck?! There's gotta be a better way! Where did my menu option go? Am I just missing something here? Did it move and I just don't notice it??
