I know this isn't the same, but have you tried
FreeCaddie? I use it and it is actually a really great program and it is pretty much right on point. I have compared it with real golf gps handhelds (ie: skycaddie) and also golf logix on other phones and they are all really close. Definitely a confidence booster when you know the distance to the green, even though I have no idea where the ball is going to go!
