that thread link you posted answered your question. both verizon and sprint sim cards are for international use ONLY...meaning its a roaming sim card. even if you were successful in re-programming that thing, it wont do any good because it wouldnt work. because sprint runs on CDMA technology, not GSM. besides. you'll need to activate it first. and the only way to do that is to call sprint. and even if you did talk to them, the only time they'll activate the sim is if you were going to subscribe to their international service when going to another country.
