I have a few questions about my new Mogul

1. How can I increase the speed of the internet that is shared to my laptop? With 3 bars of signal I am capping downloads at 12kb/s

2. I used to have a program on my 6700 that would automatically lock the keys after 'x' ammount of time. I tried it on the Mogul and it doesnt work. Is there a program that will do this?
