Disconnect, Reconnect and try again. Mine sometimes shows disconnected but still works
Yes it does work with your phone. Wide and Wow, the creators are currently updating to a new version at the moment
For now, use the existing one. If you can't get it to work at all, they had a timer set on it and that may be the problem. It has completely expired if so.
