That's what I was thinking. I'm sure they have a Mac address. The PSP has a Mac address. Like you said there has to be some kind of program or code that cannot be reset or disabled. I remember in school when the teachers let us use laptops. They would say something like; "If you try to take this laptop out of class or school without permission go ahead. Just don't be surprised when the cops show up at your house."
