Hello. I have a XV6800 by Verizon that I had programed to Metro PCS. Everything (including MMS & Internet) works great but two things.

1. The phone app displays Initial Programming Required. How can I remove this message?

2. The built in email app wont sync. Says error connecting yet I'll log onto the internet before & after and that works fine.

Could someone PLEASE HELP!!!!
