As I already own SPB Backup I would like to avoid having to pay for another program. I also use MS Myphone but whenever I sync online it gives me an error message that it couldn't transer everything to my online account because it was full. Your mention of MyPhone makes me think that you're talking about PIM, emails, SMS - if so, then probably SPB would work. Make sure you use v 2.1 released 12/09 - it supports 6.1 to 6.5. I use SPB all the time and like it.

If you're talking installed programs, then of course not.
