Update: Turns out this lady Linda really meant it when she said she would fix it. I received an email saying that they had credited me for $125+tax (since I was charged over 15 dollars in tax this time) so that fixed my bill. Thanks again to everyone who replied, and big thanks to Linda for helping out!
