Same here I think the issue is not the Optical sensor (can't remember technical name at the moment starts with a C, I think(not but rather the video is likely not given enough bitrate so that users of slow sd cards don't get stuttered video from not being able to write to the card quickly enough. Unfortunately I don't think we are going to get multipass encoding at 3MP as kick tail as that would be. Put your capture format as H.264 as that is the most efficient codec there and in my experience yields the best video quality. Hope this helps
