If that does not work call the Better Business Bureau. They will handle the issue. Sprint Managment does not like it when they get involved and they will do whatever it takes to get the BBB off of their backs. Worked 4 me and several of my friends who has had issues with Sprints janky customer service.

The BBB is better at disputing customer needs and issues than we do so they sort of have the upper hand. Don't be afraid to use them, matters like these is exactly the reason that we need them.

You can call them or go online. (Google search for their site) they are fast with responses.
