there are a few fixes for this you can try. bsb tweaks has a setting where you can choose what programs to auto rotate which is pretty nice. there was also a tweaked version of 10.3 beta out there that added auto rotate. the best fix i have seen was using the rhodium keyboard controller. I set my back button to rotate 270 on double click and 90 on triple click. plus that program is just the S*&^ anyways. try it and let me know how it works. and dont forget the thanks button if I helped!
