I do not believe so.
This is one feature I hope they implement (better message control/user defined rules) in WM7 (Yeah, I know it's windows phone series 7, but I will still call it Windows mobile 7 lol).
I mean I did have this feature on a el cheapo 99cent flip phone I got when I first got a cell phone. haha. I usually just do a delete all every now and then if I don't flash for an extended period of time...which doesn't really happen that often.
