Glad you finally got root!
I flashed my phone to Zefie's ZE14 today also and my bluetooth works, a suggestion I can give is to either flash back to CL14 then root with Zefie's ZE14 or do a reset while using Zefie's kernel.... you can do that by powering off the phone, holding Volume Down + Talk + End... DATA OPTIONS>WIPE/FACTORY RESET
See if that fixes your bluetooth, if it does, then try your restore to get your settings back, see if you bluetooth still works, if it doesn't then you'll know it's something in your settings.
