yeah I totally figured out how to get this working really easily.

you can only get it from cydia or rock so it has to be jailbroken.

just open cydia, and search for vwallpaper, then install that, it resets it for you, then you either have it toggled on or off, its really simple.

you can SSH your own videos into the iphone if you want to control it. I currently have the blue electricity one which is awesome.
