Re: Swype: New sip ported from Verizon Omnia II

For those on the fence about trying Swype, here's a little incentive.

I have a Touch Pro. My daughter had a Diamond until Assurion gave her a Pro too.

Swype is installed on both phones, using SIPchange to keep it default.

In the couple of months I've been using it, I have not used my hard keyboard. At all. Not once. Period. It's that good. And it learns your motions for certain words, and automatically adds words you type to its' dictionary so they can be swyped in the future.

When they say (the developers of Swype) that you can consistently hit 50 words per minute, they are not kidding.

I'm easily twice as fast with swype as I am with the hard keyboard. 4 times faster than with any on screen keyboard. Give it a chance. Chances are you won't be going back!
