Just a little extra FYI. The Touch Pro that shipped to replace my Diamond was indeed a RAPH800, not the gimped Verizon one. Knowing that most Alltel is now Verizon (just not me, yet) I was a bit skeptical. If the gimped version had shown up at my door, all hell woulda broke loose.
