For anyone running Zevot's BigE Rom(s) with Titanium weather, or I guess for anyone running Titanium weather on another ROM, and wants Titanium Notifications + Titanium Weather to work... use the attached .cpr file.
I am using the attached .cpr file with
BigE Rom Build 23518 V 1.0 (updated 1/31/2010) and it works fine with the .cab file listed above in the first post.
