Tried a couple of times making roms but still cant get the manilla to work with the flip clock and weather home tab. Mine always ends up with an analogue clock with digital next to it, and no weather. Using manilla 2.2 (newest version i could find) if i remember right with currently 28014.

Not to but in ... but what I did to get Vin's Manila was to download his Generic_OEM and replace it with the PPCKitchen version. Don't select any of the items that are in the OEM in PPCkitchen selections (like Manila, album, fullscreenplayer etc). Just scan the OEMs in Vin's OEM and make sure you dont select them.
It takes a few tries to get the mix right, but once you do .. it works greatly. I have cooked Vin Sector Manila roms a couple of times using this on builds from 28014 to my current 23529
