After playing with OEMizer a bit and poking around my registry for the settings that I have to do manually after a hard reset, I found that I can set the attachment folder using the following registry settings:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\Inbox\Attachments]
"AttsDir"="Mail"
"BottomDir"="Attachments"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\Inbox\Settings]
"AttachPath"="\\Storage Card\\Mail\\Attachments\\"

However, with these, I run into two problems:
1) on initial hard reset, a folder "Storage Card" is created in the main memory and my card is mounted as "Storage Card2"
2) the storage option in Messaging to use the card when possible is not checked

Additionally, I would love to NOT have the account chooser by default in Messaging but don't seem to be able to find that setting.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
I did exactly like you did....found the reg entries to change, created my personal OEM with them in there, flashed and life was good! On the next reboot I noticed the folder on in main mem and my storage card mounted just like you found. i took the entries out and re-flashed. So if you figure this out, or someone can clue us in on how to do this right I would be happy again. This is the ONLY thing I have to manually set after each flash....uggh!
