Depending on what you are using (exchange or simply POP3), it maybe possible to recover all of your info.
If using pop3 or similar, go to these folders to find a PST file (which is what outlook uses to cache or store all a accounts information, email, contacts, calendars, etc)
in the path i will provide below, replace username with the account you are using on your PC:
if you are using xp: c:\documents and settings\username\local settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.pst

If you are using Vista: c:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\outlook\ outlook.pst
If using exchange, then it will be a .OST file, but you can still use it to recover data.
