I have a kitchen rom for 6800 but the carrier is not sprint. how do i import sprint setting to the kitchen? Do i use oemizer?

another question i have dcd kitchen. and also i have chinese titan rom. is there anyway i can replace dcd titan rom to chinese titan rom with sprint setting?
