PLEASE HELP!!!!

I own an HTC MOGUL 6800 (TITAN) running WINDOWS MOBILE 6 + NEW ROM UPDATE. I soft reset and can't get by phone to boot up. It is stuck in the boot loader "HTC smart mobility" screen. I have tried the follwing:

1) soft/hard rest - no luck.
2) removed battery - no luck.
3) connected my phone to my home computer to try to "ACTIVE-SYC" with it, but my computer does recognize it.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM...? Has my internal rom/hard rive been wiped? How can I restore it or do I need to take it back to SPRINT and have them re-format it or even replace it? I know the problem isn't with the phone , per say, just the operating system.

Your help is greatly appreciated in this matter.
