Question How to overcome the Outlook Contacts 72dpi issue?

So, this may have been answered before, but I have Googled and searched here and xda and all I have found is this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=443637 and http://forum.dvdtalk.com/tech-talk/5...72-pixels.html

Basically, I have a Touch Pro 2 (Sprint) with Mighty Rom and use Outlook 2007 via my Exchange server. I have over 170 contacts. My issue is, all the pictures used for my contacts, because of Outlook limitations is 72dpi. Obviously, the Pro2 can show a lot better resolution... 72dpi is just too blurry when viewing on the screen.

A few years ago, I used Photo Contacts Pro, and that let me save contact images as 200/240 dpi. Thing is, I don't like the interface of Photo Contacts Pro anymore.. clashes with the Sense UI look. But I do miss the way that I could scroll through all my contact's photos (as opposed to the People tab with limited contacts) to choose who to call.

So my questions are:
1.) Is there any way to increase the dpi limit created by Outlook? Hell, is there even a plugin for Outlook as well, cause that would look great as well.

2.) Is there a more advanced kind of photo contact browser that works with Sense and lets u use higher dpi images and saves the same to Outlook?
