If you have Sprint, you should have Sprint Navigation for free. You are using a cooked ROM so it is not included. You can download a .cab and install it on your cooked ROM though. Check to make sure you get Sprint Navi for free with your plan though. I am not sure which plan you have. If it is not included you will get charged like $10/month.
