Does a faster Processor in a phone mean a faster browser??? If 2 phones had the same Browser but 1 phone had a 528 mhz annd the other had lets say a snapdragon, Would the snapdragons speeds be better since it has a faster processor???????
Yes, it absolutely means you would get faster speeds.

The processor on the phone is a bottleneck right now. That's why you get faster speeds on a data card than on a phone. And even on a phone, you get faster speeds when tethered than you do on the phone itself.
